Where is the shop based?
Made with My Bear Hands is based in Sydney, Australia. Everything is designed by Tess Boughton (aka Made with My Bear Hands) and printed and produced as locally and sustainably as possible.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. For now the Made with My Bear Hands store only operates within Australia.
There is such a wide variety of product sizes and specifications in the Made with My Bear Hands shop that it’s easier to cap the fee on all purchases.
Why the flat shipping rate?
How long will my order take?
All products and prints are made to order. Please allow between 7 to 14 working days for printing and packing after an order is placed, plus shipping time.
For all hand-signed artworks please allow extra time as there’s a whole other level of process involving pens and wrapping and unwrapping and more wrapping required for that!
What is your local delivery area? And When do you deliver?
Deliveries are available only to the Inner West. See map for area. 1 delivery day per week (specific day currently under consideration).
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Can I really get a print of ANY of the 365 days of Teresita Rosita?
Yes! Apart from Day 1 (which was a one-of-a-kind original hand painted artwork), the other 364 days can be ordered as very limited release hand-signed fine art prints or stretched canvas prints.
